Business Development Manager
We are looking for an eager sales and business development manager who will drive us to our first 10,000 clients by all means necessary, including, partnership sales, direct sales, development of a sales strategy and building of a sales and account management team.
Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in enterprise, influencer and individual publisher accounts. The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive engagement with a customer base that looks to Verst to solve all of their web technology needs. He/she should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a targeted sales plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets. You will be expected to bring your existing network and incredible networking skills to help execute on your goals.
Specifically that includes:
- Drive revenue and market share
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive targeting plans for partnership accounts as well as individual influencer accounts
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around the Verst product
- Accelerate customer adoption
- Maintain a robust and organized sales pipeline
- Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
